• Purpose: to develop or enhance policies that increase access to cancer screening at
worksites in Georgia
• Mandatory deliverables:
• 1- establish and maintain point of contact at each participating worksite
• 2- administer employer- level and employee- level worksite assessments provided by
DPH
• 3- collaborate with worksite staff to develop or enhance wellness policy at worksite
• 4- communicate with DPH and participate in conference calls, meetings, training and
technical support provided by DPH
