manual work in highly radioactive and unsafe conditions. It aims at repairing or
setting up new infrastructure in radioactive conditions.

Our robot model comprises of the Kuka Iiwa 7 LBR800 Robot for which we
provide customized services on demand. We also have maintenance facilities
for these and we specifically chose this model due to its high resistance to
nuclear radiation. We have customized models with nuclear radiation detectors
to keep track of radiation levels. The Kuka will be assisted with various simpler
rovers for locomotion.

ABOUT US:
We, Technofort focus on improving the infrastructure of Chernobyl and wish
to revive it in some extent. Our main location is near the borders of the outer
exclusion zone and our research base is in the outer exclusion zone. We are
equipped with leading engineers and well-trained staff. We wish to provide
use to barren land consequent to an unfortunate incident.

5
We feel the best way to operate in unsafe conditions is by use of machines
rather than risk human life. As the incident at Chernobyl, is a reminder to us
on the importance of human safety.

RECRUITMENT STRATEGIES:

i. We have visited top Science Universities across Europe, Asia and

North America enticing professors and potential graduates.
ii. Our salaries and other fringe benefits are far more satisfying than that
of scientists working in top institutions.
iii. We offer one of the most happening locations for those interested in
radiation studies.
iv. Our Robotics equipment are top notch unparallel to most research
facilities.
v. Since we are funded in part by the Ukrainian Government

6
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT:
i. Our main robot the Kuka Iiwa 7 LBR800 Robot is sourced from
Ausburg, Germany. It is shipped from Port of Duisburg to Port of
Odesa in Ukraine. It is later transferred to our main research facility
by trucks and then to our research base for operations.
ii. Our technological testing and charging equipment have been donated
by University of Zurich.
iii. We transport goods on requirement basis from our Research Facility
to our research base by Erothyr logistics.

MARKETING STRATEGIES:

A.) Conventional Strategies:

i. Cold Calling: We would like to cold call other firms especially solar
farms and tourism firms. We wish to fulfil their needs while providing
our service. We feel this is a good approach in business-to-business
situations.
ii. Direct Mail: Since our firm’s market is more niche, we wish to target
specific firms as we have mentioned above. Hence, we will be
directing mails to senior authorities of the aforementioned companies.

7
B.) Unconventional Strategies:
i. T.V/Magazines: We are trying to request various T.Vs and magazines

to feature us. As Chernobyl is a popular topic among T.V shows and

magazines.

iii. YouTube: We will provide content from our robot’s footage and will
have weekly footage of our robots at work. We will also highlight the
important accomplishments on the weekly upload. It could also be
another line of revenue.

8
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
i. We make our staff undergo rigorous training simulating ground
realities and crises.
ii. We also give room to our employees to get used to the various
operations and technologies.
iii. We promote initiative and creativity and provide weekly rewards on
this criterion.
iv. We do allow our employees to have a certain level of decision-making
authority as we are pro development.
v. We also instruct the employees on all the safety gear in case of an
emergency.
vi. We have a seminar on treating all races and sexes equally in order to
prevent and racial or sexual abuse.

FUND MANAGEMENT:
i. Our largest investor is the Ukraine Government covering over 30% of
all expenses, amongst many private Ukrainian companies like Kernel
Holdings and MHP SE.
ii. Amongst our fund allocation our largest expenditure is land &
buildings ($6,000,000), technological assets ($800,000), maintenance
infrastructure ($10,000), operational expenses ($50,000 per year) and
salaries ($740,000).
