from catalog == you can get all folder , sub folder that you can save your reports
- under " Task" below folders you can get simple operation such as " Copy " "
Past", "propertie"
"General info like "name , access date, attributes, custom properties -- here you
hidden , give read only,
-OTBI == to add report with adding chart then add to dashboard
- what is dashboards = when you click on "dashboards" button you can see List Of
dashoard that is create on system
you can check on any dashboard search and filter you data

- Create folder in OTBI = enter name for this folder ,

- if you have to create report you have 2 options

- New ==> Anlsys = select Subject Area"

- Subject Area is " All applications modules that you used to develop report , in
side on it there is Multiple "Column"
- OTBI ==> I have 2 type of "Column" 1- dimention column 2- fact column
1- dimention column is column can be discrapt like , first name , last name it's
just like information for me ,
I can apply it on mathoatical operation just information for me
if I take Salary cloumn then I can make Mathomatical operation , I can Sum, avarge
salary of employee this is " Fact " column for me
2- Fact column is like when you go to " Invoice Amount (Canced amount, invoice
amount, discount taken).
