Commercial terms and conditions
Taxes & Duties:

1. Over the above price GST@28% will be charged extra.

2. Terms of Payment:
An advance amount of 50% along with Clear Order , the balance will be collected against
Proforma before Dispatch.

3. Delivery:
We will require a lead-time of 3 to 4 weeks,s for the despatch. This delivery shall reckon from
the date of receipt of your clear and firm order with advance and full release for manufacture.

4. Warranty:
The company agrees to have repaired at factory or furnish without charges, F.O.R. Works
where made, any part or parts; to replace material of company make which, within 12 months
from the date of starting and not more than 18 months after date of shipment, shall prove to
have been defective when shipped, provided the purchaser gives the company in writing
immediate notification of the discovery of such defect and immediately delivers the defective
parts to the works from where the material was shipped/supplied. The company’s liability for
damages caused by such defective part or parts shall be limited to repairing or replacing the
defective part or parts as herein above specified. No allowance will be granted for any repairs
or alterations made by the purchaser without the company’s written consent. For repaired or
replaced parts, extension in warranty is not acceptable.

5. Limitation of Liability:
The total liability of the company with respect to this contract or the equipment and services
furnished hereunder, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, indemnity, strict
liability or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price of the unit of equipment upon which
such liability is based. The company and / or its suppliers shall in no event be liable to the
purchaser, any successors in interest or any beneficiary or assignee of this contract for any
consequential, incidental, indirect, special or punitive damages arising out of this contract or
any breach thereof or for any other direct or indirect loss, whether or not such loss or damage
is based on contract.

6. Freight: FOR JAMMU.

7. Supervision of erection and commissioning: We will depute our trained personnel for
supervision of erection and commissioning.
We are doubtless keen on associating ourselves with your group for your requirement of
compressed air systems and request we be provided the opportunity.
