Fire Safety at Work

1. In case of fire, sound the Alarm and shout 2. If possible call the fire brigade (911)
“FIRE” to notify everyone in the building.

3. Leave the building through the nearest available exit. Do not

bring belongings with you. As you are escaping, be sure to use the
stairs instead of the elevator. 4. Crawl Instead of walking in case of smoke to avoid smoke
inhalation.

5. Report to a safe assembly point with your

colleagues

6. Do not return to building until safe authorization

is given.
