1. JOB PURPOSE

Young and Dynamic Graduates ready to assist the Online Payments Business team in acquisition, activation and retention in
context of BFL’s ambitions to become top 5 player in Payments space.
It is an IC role to do the tasks set out by Online Payments Business team, such as research, data capturing and working
closely with different team members to accelerate key actionable areas.

3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
(Accountabilities associated with the job)
 Responsible for doing research and benchmarking to launch the product in the market.
 Acting as a Project Manager for Payment Gateway - Liasoning with internal stakeholders to understand the
requirements/pain points of online payments
 Keeping track of competition activities and changing consumer market and trends

Performance Monitoring:
• Publish and track the key KPIs basis market benchmarking
• Monitoring of all internal/external meetings and publish MIS/notes to stakeholders

Stakeholder Management:
• Liaise with inter & intra department SPOCs to deliver Business numbers & KPIs

• Liasoning with internal stakeholders to understand the requirements/pain points of online payments and
keeping comprehensive notes on the progress
