1. Why is exercise good for your health?


 Let me define the work exercise first. Exercise is any movement of your body or
activities that you do to strengthen you muscles and for you to burn calories. Doing sports
is also exercise, like playing badminton, basketball, swimming and etc. Exercise is
important for establishing and keeping a healthy muscles and bones. It is important for us
to do an exercise daily because it prevents us to have any diseases like heart disease, any
type of cancers and it also helps to treat stress, depression and anxiety. If you’re a person
who did not love doing an exercise, begin with an activity that you love and can perform
easily because it is better to do a small type of exercise than doing nothing. And lastly,
according to my research Exercise can help to increase brain function as well as protect
memory and concentration skills. To begin with, it raises your heart rate, which
stimulates blood and oxygen flow to your brain. It can also boost the synthesis of
hormones that promote brain cell proliferation.

2. How do you define a work out?


 Work out is an activity or an exercise for improvement of our muscles and also out
health. In other word it is an act of doing physical exercise and training. And just a piece
of advice, it is better to conduct a small workout every day rather than one or two longer
workouts each week. Similarly, if you don't have time for a longer workout, it's better to
conduct little pulses of activity within the day rather than skipping it completely.

3. Describe a physically fit person.


 A physically fit person can handle heavier weights, has more stamina, and can adapt to
new routines more easily than an unfit person. A physically fit person is not based on
what shape your body is. It’s not about if your skinny or not skinny. It’s about being
healthy inside and out. A physically fit person is someone who can do an exercise, even
though it is big or small type of exercise. The capacity to accomplish ordinary physical
demands while yet having enough spare energy to face unexpected obstacles. The ability
of the body to resist stress.

NEW TESTAMENT AND OLD TESTAMENT


The Christian Bible's first part is known as the Old Testament. It is a collection of literature that
differs from church to church and predates the New Testament. The New Testament is the
Christian Bible's second main section. It is also known as the New Covenant or the New Law. In

times of old testament, you will be forgiven if you have to bring a lamb as a sacrifice for your sin
to be forgiven. While in new testament, you will be forgiven if will just repent. And just a simple
explanation of the difference of the old and new testament, the old testament tells the first part of
the story and the new testament continued it until it finish the story.
