MINUTES OF THE REGULAR SESSION OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF CAMAMBUGAN,

STA.BARBARA, ILOILO, HELD AT THE BARANGAY HALL ON OCTOBER 17, 2021 AT 9:00 A.M.

The meeting was called to order by the Presiding Officer at 9:00 o’clock in the morning.
A minute of prayer was led by Kagwad Ganat.

Since there was an attendance sheet being signed by the members as they come inside
the session hall and the presence of a quorum was determined, the roll call was dispensed with.

The minutes of the previous session dated Ocober 3, 2021 was read. There being no
corrections offered, on motion of Barangay Kagawad Suacillo and duly seconded by Barangay
Kagawad De Leon, the minutes of the previous session was adopted.

COMMITTEE REPORT:

1. Kagawad Suner reported that during the COVID-19 vaccine last October 5, 2021, for
the residents of the Barangay Camambugan was postponed.

2. Kagawad Ganat reported that he guided the ILECO contractor to conduct clearing
along the electric wiring of the Barangay last October 16, 2021 at the afternoon. He offered
snacks purchased from the Gonie Store, shouldered by the Barangay:

16 bottles of Softdrinks
14 packs of bread
2 boxes of cigarette
 BUSINESS OF THE DAY:

1. Kagawad Simpao suggested to implement the require safety seal such as, washing
area, thermal scanner, isolation facility and others. The Sanggunaing Barangay agreed that the
washing will be done by Kagawad Suacillo, Kagawad Ganat and Kagawad De Leon

 Nails (2 ½ and 2 inches) kilograms
 1 PVC 2 inches (elbow and T)
 Pale/Tub
 Faucet
 Solvent

2. The Sangguniang Barangay Agreed to conduct Barangay Road Clearing and Cleaning
on October 24, 2021 at 7 in the morning at Zone 6 by the elected and appointed Barangay
Officials and 4Ps.

3. There will be a KP seminar and training on the 2 nd or 3rd week of November 2021. As
decided by the body, the participants for the said seminar were Punong Barangay, Barangay
Secretary, Barangay Kagawad on Peace and Order and LUPUN Member/Former Punong
Barangay Domingo Suacillo.

4. There will be Barangay Officials Relief International Orientation on November 27,

2021 that includes Barangay Cadagmayan Norte, San Sebasatian and Barangay Camambugan.

5. There will be a realizing of agent banking card/ATM of Land Bank, on October 21,
2021 at 1PM to 5PM at the LIGA Hall. Punong Barangay required the Zone Leaders to inform
their members.

6. A bloodletting donation activity of the LGU-ALERTO-MDRRMO on October 23, 2021,

Saturday, 7:30 AM to 12 noon. Venue will be announce later.

7. The Sangguniang Barangay proposed to pass a resolution asking financial assistance

from Honorable Rolito Cajilig, worth P49,500.00 for the installation of streetlights

OTHER MATTERS:

1. The DILG will hold a Regional Conference on PPAN 2017-2022 for Barangays on
November 4, 2021, via zoom, participants will be the Punong Barangay, BNS and Barangay
Kagwad Committee on Health (PPAN)-Phil.Plan of Action for Nutrition.

There being no more topics to be discussed, on motion of SK Chairman Gorantes, duly

seconded by Kagawad Simpao, the meeting was adjourned at 11:00 A.M.
