1. Test Run

* Method for moving the car with the hatch door left open
To raise or lower the car by the maintenance magnet with the hatch door left open, use the
following steps:
[1] Turn the close limit switch on by passing the maintenance magnet from below
upward through the close limit switch.
[2] Then, turn the door switch on by applying the maintenance switch to the door switch,
which is integrally built with the door lock.
[3] Check to see that the door lock indicator is lit on the operating panel.
[4] Pressing the destination button causes the car to move up or down to given
destination floor after the closure of its door.
[5] To call a car from any other floor, perform the necessary steps after ensuring that the
"in use" indicator on the operating panel is unlighted.

9) At the completion of the auto tuning, press the "STOP" key on the inverter operating panel.
If "3" shows up as listed in step 8, this indicates the completion of the auto tuning.
* If "9" shows up, the tuning operation has not been successfully completed. Repeat the
procedure staring from step 3 (inclusive).
10) Returning the inverter operating panel to its initial state
[1] Press "PU" on the inverter operating panel two times. The status indicators "MON"
and "EXT" will light up with "0.00" appearing on the display.
11) Turning MB (motor breaker) off, followed by the reinstallation of the connectors removed in
steps 2 and 3, completes the auto tuning operation.
Caution If offline auto tuning is forcefully terminated by pressing the "STOP" key while it goes
on, it will not complete normally. Go through the above steps again after turning MB
(motor breaker) off once.

5. Load Test
Because voltage or current present on the output side of the inverter contains harmonics, the
following instruments should be used:

Measurements should be taken to determine voltage, current and speed as the car moves up
or down while carrying 0% (NL), 50%L, 100%L, or 110%L of its rated load.
