Data Gathering

The researchers began gathering data by requesting permission from the Capitol University
Senior High School Department and its Vice Principal. The goal of the written consent is to
ensure that the participants' personal information will remain confidential and disclosed only
with researchers. The researchers had already created the survey questions before the permission
from the department was approved. The questionnaires will be given via Gmail or Messenger
and will be in google form.

The study " Career Plans of STEM grade 11-Nursing Aide Senior High Students in Capitol

University" employs an online platform to collect data from a closed-ended survey. The survey is

divided into two sections. The first section will contain the participants' personal information as

they answer the survey. Each participant's permission and consent to answer is obtained prior to

taking the online survey It shall be clearly mentioned in the opening section of the online form

that it comprises gathering personal information in accordance with the respondents'

demographic and sociodemographic status, as well as offering assurance on the rights stated in

the Data Privacy Act of 2012. The preceding section of the questionnaire, located in Part II,

entails gathering data to establish the foundations and affluence in order to offer information on

talents and resources available to participate in health security during the pandemic.

The survey questionnaires are found in the second section. It consists various ways to answer.

There are checkboxes, multipe-choice and rating scales. If your answer is not included, you can

choose "other” or provide the right and preffered answer. The researchers' results will be used to

develop conclusions and proposals in the future.
