Those in attendance: Abby Hendley, Nathan Gaines, Sofia Grewal, James Wilkins,
Nathan Curless, Gia Grewal, Ximena Del Toro, Claire Morris

I. Confirm Completed Tasks

- Referees for the game were gathered by Mr. Perez

- The facility and fundraising form was confirmed

- Ximena got the ticket form approved

- Publicity out ASAP

II. Discussing Players

- Made changes and new recruits to the teams due to problems with sports events
the same night
 - Ensured each team had enough players

III. Halftime Contest

- Decided for $5 gift cards as rewards

- Claire will get one from Isabel's Cafe

- Nathan will get one from Ice Cream Emporium and Pizza Plus

- Sofia will get one from Ripon Coffee House
