AFFIDAVIT OF COUNSEL
(Residency of the Petitioner)

I, ATTY. STEPHANIE JOY A. ROLUSTA-VALDEZ, of legal age

(31 years old), Filipino citizen, married, and with office address at the
Public Attorney’s Office San Fernando City La Union District Office,
Sevilla, San Fernando City, La Union, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law do hereby depose and state that:

1. The Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) through me as Public

Attorney assisted JO JAMES GAUDIA OBRA (Petitioner) in
the filing of a case for nullity of marriage against LEILA
SOBREMONTE ESPINUEVA with the Regional Trial Court
(Family Court) of San Fernando City, La Union;

2. Prior to the filing of the Petition, I have personally verified

petitioner’s residency and based on my personal knowledge,
Petitioner has been residing in Tammocalao, Bacnotan, La
Union, for at least six (6) months prior to the filing of the
petition;

3. In fact, JO JAMES GAUDIA OBRA is a resident of

Tammocalao, Bacnotan, La Union since birth or thirty-four
(34) years now except for the time that he resided in Lingsat,
San Fernando City, La Union, when he cohabited with the
Respondent in 2004 until 2014;

4. I execute this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

and for whatever legal purposes that it may serve.
