Principle of the inverter:

Inverter is a power conversion device which can translate low voltage stabilized DC power into high voltage stabilized AC output. Internal product
generally use two stage converter circuit: DC/DC change,DC/AC change. Because the machine inside has high pressure, user should put the machine
away children, the elderly, ventilated and dry place!

Operation flow of the inverter:

1. Connected to the battery output line(the battery output line in the package). On the fan panel, there are one red terminal which links battery
positive input and one black terminal links battery negative input. And on the battery and machine terminal, you should screw down terminal and
Battery head connection terminal.
2. Checkout and ensure inverter and battery positive and battery negative input.Put inverter output panel's switch press to the location of “ON”. On
the output panel:display the battery voltage,Fan normally work, POWER green light,FAULT green light flash several times and then light steadily for
a long time, which shows that the machine start-up normally.
3. Inverter start-up normally. After 3 seconds(the time of internal microcontroller program running and coordinating with other parts), you should
link the electrical appliances which need to drive and then finish the process of start-up.Observe the operation condition of electric appliance and
inverter. If the electric appliance can't start-up normally in 3 minutes, you should press the inverter's switch to the location of“OFF”or unplug the
power plug, avoiding affecting inverter and user's electrical performance(this case mainly due to load start power over inverter's nominal peak power
or caused by battery power is not enough)

Use matters needing attention：

1. 12V's inverter only can link 12V's battery(Normal operating range is from 9V to15.5 V) and 24V's inverter only can link 24V's battery(Normal
operating range is from 19.5V to 28.5V).The inverter will automatically start-up the Over voltage or low voltage protecting system to shut up the
inverter for avoiding the electricity of battery over output cause by the over voltage damage the inverter or working in over low voltage environment
2. This inverter have low voltage warming system,when the inside alarm sounds,indicate the user the electric quantity is seriously low,the voltage of
battery is falling quickly,please replace the battery or reduce the rate of power of the electric appliance you using, warning: You have to finish this
operation within 15 minutes after appearing the low voltage warning.
3.When the situations of the electric appliance turn on and turn off by itself continually happened, that is caused by the low of the battery. please
replace a larger capacity battery.
4.The electric appliance still no in working condition after turning on the inverter three seconds,that means the rate of power of electric appliance has
over the allowed rate of power of the inverter. Please turn off the inverter,using the lower rate power electric appliance.
5. Before you using the electric appliance with inverter, please distinguish the different of peak power and actual power of inverter.The housing is
marked as peak power,the actual power is a half of the peak power,the start power of the electric appliance you using cannot over the peak power.
Long time using,the power of electric appliance can not over the actual power.(Peak power:the highest power when the machine starting.for example,
the refrigerator rate power is only 300w, but the start power high to 2500W.Electric bulb and heater eta such resistive lad electric appliance have no
peak power.)
6. The green light “POWER”of output panel is a connect battery indicator.Normal lighting means the battery connect successfully,opposite,maybe
the battery contact wire is badly connecting,switch have no press to the ON position or fuse burn off.
7. “FAULT”green indicate light continually lighting,means the inverter normally working,light off,maybe the the unit inside the inverter damaged or
overload protect,when this situation happen,you can try to restart the inverter in no-load condition,still light off,means the unit inside the inverter
have been damaged,continually lighting means the electric appliance over actual power make the circuit protecting system start automatically to shut
off the inverter.If there is a twinkling light, maybe it is the short of the quantity of electricity of battery or internal damage.
8. If there is two indicate light be not bright at the same time,means the internal damage of inverter(the most possible is that the fuse burned off,so
you can try to replace a new fuse)

Small common sense of electrical power and battery

POWER means that electric appliance consume energy in one minute. Its formula is:W=UI.

W represent power, U represent input voltage,I represent electricity

Electric appliance specification explain that the use power of electric appliance but without explaining peak power.As for inverter,
peak power is an important parameter when choosing. Four times old style TV,seven times if freezer,seven timers of new style TV,1.5
times of inverter air conditioner,l.6 times of non inverter air conditioner.

battery capacity's units is AH.It means that battery can input the amount of electric continually in one hours,Such as 12V,100AH
battery. Idea power: W=UI=12*100=1200W.In fact,battery can't discharge unduly,it should keep 20% electricity. 12V 100AH of
battery can supply power practically:W=UI=12*100*0.8=960W. The transfer efficiency of inverter is 95%,which can supply the
power:960*0.95=912W.
