walk far, walk together." The most important
learning from the Project Manager Series was the
AVENGERS
importance of a team. The entire experience was THE A5 EDITION
more fruitful as we had each other and together we
did what we couldn't have done individually. During
the greatness gossip, we realized how we fit
perfectly. Here's our version of the different roles
that people play in a team and who played that role
among us.

CAPTAIN AMERICA
Oldest and wisest, they stick to the rules and are always trying to do the
right thing. They keep the long-term perspective in mind and take
everyone together. They are caring and keep the team’s motivation level
high. For us, it was KRATI!

IRON MAN
That intelligent person who keeps the humor alive. You need their
acumen to arrive at the best alternative in the quickest time and some of
their swag to give the team, confidence to take risks. For us, it was
SHRUTI!

HAWKEYE
Single-minded focus is the name of their game. This person speaks
less, observes more and when it is time, they hit the bull’s eye. For
us, it was RAKSHANA!

THOR
The owner of one of the most powerful weapons in the world, this
person’s skills are irreplicable as they are “born with it”. They can be
considered the GOD for their skills, the person in a project who can be
trusted with putting the most attractive presentations ever. For us, it
was AKANSHA!

HULK
The brainy one who channelizes their anger to fight the opponents,
sometimes within the team also. This person is necessary to raise
questions to avoid groupthink and is ready to face any challenge once
convinced. For us, it was KINJAL!

BLACK WIDOW
Highly confident of their abilities, they can be put on any assignment
as per the situation and they will excel there. Even in the toughest
situation, they bring calm to the team and show them their strengths
to achieve the goal. For us, it was NIKHITA!

"IN HINDSIGHT, STANDING TRUE TO THE TERM "DREAM TEAM" WE REALIZED THAT ALL
OF US BROUGHT FORTH DIFFERENT SKILL SETS THAT WERE UTILISED DURING VARIOUS
SEGMENTS OF OUR PROJECT. THIS INSTILLED IN US THE IMPORTANCE OF SPECIFIC
TRAITS AND SKILLS THAT PEOPLE BRING TO THE TABLE, WHILE ALSO BEING NIMBLE
ENOUGH TO MANAGE AND ADAPT TO CHANGES AND CURVEBALLS THAT CAME OUR
WAY."
