several responsibilities that we must uphold. It is important that we

community is by often communicating with my
colleagues’ everyday issues both the students
and staff currently face. For instance, during the
time of college applications were in the process
to be submitted by seniors. There were many
questions that arise, such as how to apply for
financial aid or who they could speak to if they
decided to attend a community college instead of
a four-year university. I find myself making it a
priority to community with counselors and other
teachers of the challenges many of the seniors
