Nurse educators are responsible for teaching the new generation of nurses. Through the

education. The person is the student who is the focus of the education. Nursing is the general
principle. The environment is the learning setting. Finally, health is the promotion of balance in
nursing and life. I hope to teach students this important balance to prevent burnout.
The nursing and teaching statement philosophy is essential for the aspiring nurse educator.
My goal is to continually learn and improve to be a better educator and nurse for my students.
