Job description

Responsibilities

 Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and
PTO requests
 Update internal databases with new hire information
 Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
 Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
 Publish and remove job ads
 Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
 Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires
by department
 Develop training and onboarding material
 Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation
days they’re eligible for)
 KRA based remuneration system implementation
 KRA management for all employees.
 Office Administration

2) CRM Manager – Real Estate

ELIGIBLE BRANCH: BE CIVIL 2021-2022

Job description

Supervises customer service representatives.

•Ensures that customers receive the quickest service possible.

•Assists representatives in handling disappointed customers.

•Determines a course of action to resolve customer problems.

•Interacts with customers using phone, fax, email, the company website and in
person.
•Provides assistance to representatives during extremely busy times.

•Ensures that customer service representatives follow all company policies and
procedures when dealing with customers.

•Collects customer payments.

•Issues customer refunds.

•Takes customer complaints to upper management when necessary.

3) Purchase Executive cum Accountant

ELIGIBLE BRANCH: MBA ALL BRANCH 2022

Job description

 Maintain financial records for client companies by analysing balance sheets and
general ledger accounts.
 Reconcile bank statements by comparing transactions to the general ledger.
 Assist with day-to-day operations of the Finance department, including filing, report
generation, budget review, etc.
 Process weekly payroll accurately and timely.
 Maintain accounting documents and records, ensuring all files are up to date.
 Prepare bank deposits.

 Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.


 Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most
cost-effective contracts and deals.
 Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.
 Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business
opportunities.
 Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
 Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
 Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have
been rescheduled.
 Attending product launches and networking with industry professionals.
 Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
 Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in
a timely manner.
4) Accounts Administrator

ELIGIBLE BRANCH: MBA ALL BRANCH 2022

Job description

Responsibilities

 Maintain and update the status of accounts receivables and payables.

 Reconcile all bank accounts and resolve all issues in processing the financial
statements.

 Direct marketers, clients and third-party vendors about their responsibilities.

 Maintain efficient client services and provide support to administration staff.

 Responsible to receive and verify bills and requisitions for goods and services.

 Assist audit activities.

 Prepare, send and store the record of invoices on time.

 Contact clients to update them about balance payments.

 Prepare and submit tax forms and their filings.

 Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.

 Process general administration functions.

 Evaluate all agreements and invoices and organize customer contracts.

 Analyze the transactions with financial policies and procedures.

 Offer support to the finance team as needed.

 Create and manage daily paperwork for mailing as well as invoicing.

 Assist all accountants and prepare all cash flow reports and data.

 Prepare records of minutes of meeting.


 Maintain and manage monthly journals, update entries and maintain sub-ledger.
5) Collections Officer Responsibilities:

ELIGIBLE BRANCH: MBA ALL BRANCH 2022

 Reviewing the company debtor list.


 Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue
bills.
 Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting
methods of payments.
 Negotiating suitable payment plans.
 Maintaining customer payment records.
 Preparing customer financial statements for banks and the state
credit department.
 Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are
not being made.
 Instituting legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.
 Responding to customer queries.
 Contacting lawyers and insurance agencies to facilitate
payments.

Collections Officer Requirements:


 Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management, or a
similar field.
 Excellent negotiating skills.
 Good written and verbal communication skills.
 Familiarity with state debt collection laws.
 Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures.
 Knowledge of office and accounting software.
 Patience and resilience.
6) Site / Civil Engineer Responsibilities:

ELIGIBLE BRANCH: Civil 2021-2022

 Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.


 Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and
tools are available.
 Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on
particular projects.
 Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
 Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best
contracts.
 Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
 Drawing up work schedules and communicating any
adjustments to crew members and clients.
 Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations
to relevant stakeholders.
 Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions
where required.
 Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the
team.
