INSTALLATION:

• Make the power cord connected with the 3 pin electric socket
• Switch ON the power switch.
• Display will show you reading in Nm.
• Level system if required.
OPERATING:

• Always start system in Normal mode


• Never Over load system.
• During Calibration and software Programming, system should be in
Normal mode.

Front side :
Switches :

1. M MENU This is used for programming (Calibration) and setting various parameters

2. E ENTER/Zero This is used to the Zero reading in normal mode and also used
as Enter during programming (Calibration).

3. ↑ UP ARROW This is used for entering data (Numbers 0-9) and selecting different
Programming mode.
4. ← SIDE ARROW This is used to shift numbers from right to left and selecting different
Programming mode.
5. R RESET This is used as Reset during Peak mode

6. F1 FUNCTION Not useable

Trim pot :

Zero Not useable

Gain Not useable


BACK SIDE :-
1. Connector Terminal For Relay O/P
2. Load cell connector
3. Connector Terminal for Potential free Input
4. Peak enable switch (system works in Peak mode if switch is on)
5. Power On/Off Switch

Load cell / Sensor connection


• Only for Analog Strain Gauge Load cell, Strain gauge Pressure sensor,
Slip Ring type Strain Gauge Torque Sensor

CALIBRATION:

• Please do not try to disturb Torque sensor calibration if proper


calibration system is not available.

System should be in normal mode ( not in peak mode)

1. While Powering ON, Hold MENU Switch and power ON.

2. Now Press ENTER switch, the display will show you CAL-?

3. Display will show you CAL-O and after few seconds Display will show you LOAD
automatically.

7. Now apply standard Torque on the Sensor (20% to 30% of full capacity).

8. Press ENTER switch, display will show you numeric value.


Now enter the value of applied Torque using UP arrow and SIDE arrow switches.

9. Now Press ENTER switch, Display will show CAL_OK. and RESET after
Some time. (Avoid touching the Sensor during this time)

10. Remove Torque from the Sensor and Press ENTER switch again. Now System is
calibrated and ready to use.
SET POINT PROGRAMMING :-

1. Press MENU switch, display will show you SP—1.


2. Now Press ENTER switch, display will show you numeric value of SET POINT 1.
3. Now you can set the SET POINT 1 value using Up arrow and SIDE arrow switches if
required.
4. Now Press ENTER switch, display will show you SP—2 .
5. Now Press ENTER switch, display will show you numeric value of SET POINT 2.
6. Now you can set the SET POINT 2 value using Up arrow and SIDE arrow switches if
required.
7. Now Press ENTER switch, system will be back in working mode.

FUNCTION OF RELAY :-

This function works If F1 switch is pressed or corresponding POT free I/P is


active
1. RELAY1 will be switched on if reading is greater than SETPOINT-1
i.e Reading is > SETPOINT-1

2. RELAY2 will be switched on if reading is greater than SETPOINT-2

i.e Reading is > SETPOINT-2
