a three-minute music video for a love song by a fictional band/artist signed to Universal Music
Group, and two pages for the working website for the band/artist.

How do you intend to use the four areas of the media theoretical framework to communicate meaning
and meet the requirements of your chosen brief? (approx. 400 words)

in my product i used various long shots to portray and set the scene of where my music video is set in,
which was purposefully filled in the scenic Brighton, I use this long and wide shot to show the

background in which being the iconic pebbled beach and the deep sea in the background. Another shot
that i intended on using a lot was the close up shot and the two shot to show both characters together to
express the feeling and emotion in the room they are in.

the representation i was intending on using in the brief was the use of a male and female of different
ages, i did this to show their awkward relationship in their prominent age gap with them being apart quite

the target audience going into this would of been ones who listen to sad songs and are looking for
emotion in this love song, i also intended on it being targeted at 16-24 age range

Brief chosen: i intend on linking my music video and my website together by uploading it on the website
and using similar elements like the same shots and same text font. the media convergence would be me

uploading it on a different website so you can essentially be on the website and watch a music video on
