Meeting called to order promptly at 9:00 AM  in attendance 18 
Joanie Shalls with SCPS opened the meeting   Joanie Introduced herself and the members made introductions. 
 
Approval of Minutes:  
Joanie Shalls approved and Jill Morrison seconded. 
Presentations  ● Goodwill Industries of Central Florida, Inc. – Vocational 
Employment Services for Individuals with Disabilities 
presented by QuiSheida Fields, Job Placement Specialist on 
behalf of Lisseth Russa – Director of Workforce 
Development.

Specialists Allan Villavisar, Elizabeth Cruz, and Christen 
Small
