1 Session = RM960, 2 Sessions = RM1,536 (20% off) and 3 Sessions = RM2,016 (30% off)

Air Conditioned Hall (5,000 sq ft Indoor, 1590 sq ft Outdoor)
Tables & Chairs (240 Chairs, 30 Tables)
Basic PA System & Cordless Mic (Audio Play & Speech ONLY)
Projector & Screen
Stage (16ft x 8ft)
*Tables provided are round tables
*Chairs provided are mix of plastic chairs
*Basic PA system is NOT APPLICABLE for singing, performances, to be plugged in any instruments, or hooking up to mixer

We do have catering services but we need to know your sample menu and number of pax to quote for.
Please find menus in the attached file for your reference.
Please SPECIFY if you need the menu to be BEEF-FREE

You can also bring in your own caterer at only 20% surcharge from rental fee.
Alcoholic beverages and non halal is not allowed during event in RUANG.

Stuff to rent
Cocktail Table RM40 / Unit (Unit available : 6 Units at each premise)
Red Carpet RM150 (75ft at each premise)
Rostrum RM150 (Unit available : 1 Unit)

Payment term - You can secure and lock down the date, by making 50% deposit out of total quotation amount. All inquiries are tentative until
deposit is received. All payment must be made at least a week before event.

Security Deposit – RM600 security deposit implies to all events. It will not be refundable in the event of damages to the premise, furniture,
equipment, or if you don’t comply our outside caterer rules. We will refund the security deposit within 14 working days after event date.

Per one time seated, Ruang Shah Alam can cater up to 400 pax (Full Hall), or up to 150 pax (Half Hall), depending on setup.
