Introduction Aim And Objectives
The main goal of this work is to develop an eco brick Aim:
from different materials like plastic waste ,glass, cement To develop a brick from waste material to prevent
and some other binders. In addition to that testing of plastic waste from disrupting environment.
bricks like testing their mechanical and physical
properties with use of UTM and other form of testing
Objectives:
and comparing all the parameters with ordinary clay
brick.  To make a brick that is more durable than
conventional brick.

Material used to make 1 brick (approx.)

Plastic waste 250 gm

Advantages:
# Low cost 250gm
Glass crush

# Keeps plastic out of eco system Cement 500gm

Ordinary sand 200gm

#Light weight but more durable

Result:
Conclusion :
Compressive strength test of
1. Conventional clay brick:22.0 KN
 This brick proves to have a great capacity to 2. Eco brick:32.5 KN
support axial load. At this loads the sample has been broken.
 its compressive strength
is more than conventional clay bricks.
 it will increase sustainability
thus avoiding exploitation of earth. Applications
 Construction Work
 Compound walls
