I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to all those people
who helped me accomplish my dream. First and foremost, I would like to thank God for
blessing me with such a beautiful journey. Secondly, I would like to thank Dr.Leena
Dam, for accepting me as her student and for guiding me with positive suggestions and
encouragement and supporting me at every step of my research. I take this opportunity
to also thank Dr.Kunal Bhattacharya and Dr.Anil Keskar for their support and
encouragement since day one my Ph.D. journey.

I would like to thank Dr.Daniel Penkar, Director, S.B.Patil Institute of

Management,without his constant support and assurance I wouldn’t have embarked on
this journey. I have no words to express my gratitude to him and will be indebted to him
