Dashboard List
The Dashboard List is your starting point for managing your dashboards. It shows a list of all dashboards that you created or
that were shared with you.

You can create or delete dashboards, group them, share them, or mark them as your favorites.

Filtering a Dashboard
The lter bar and the option to save lter variants helps you to quickly nd the dashboards you were looking for. You can also
lter your data on the dashboard by version or scenario to compare your data.

The Version/Scenario lter is applied in the dashboard only for charts, alert subscriptions, and alert overviews objects.

The following examples show how you can lter your data on the dashboard by version or scenario:

You want to visualize a chart in another version to compare the data without having to navigate to the Analytics-
Advanced app.

You want to restrict the subscriptions that are displayed in your alert overview based on the ltered version/scenario.

 Note
Only alert subscriptions that are part of the selected version or scenario are displayed. Otherwise, no data is
displayed.

Displaying a Dashboard
You can access a dashboard by clicking on the chevron in the Dashboard List. You will then see all the charts that are included in
the dashboard.

Sharing a Dashboard
You can share your dashboard with other Integrated Business Planning (IBP) users or user groups which have been created by
your system administrator in the User Groups app. If other users have shared their dashboards with you, those dashboards will
automatically appear in your Dashboard List.

Opting Out of a Shared Dashboard

If you want to remove a dashboard that has been shared with you from the Dashboard List, you can opt out of it to do so.

 Caution
If you opt out of a dashboard that was shared with you, you won't be able to access it again and will need to ask your
colleague to share it with you once more to add it back to your list.

Deleting a Dashboard
You can delete any dashboard that was created by you, even if you have shared it with other users or user groups.

You can use categories to group your dashboards. It is useful to group them for different purposes like demand planning
dashboards or supply planning dashboards. Categories must rst be created in the Manage Categories app.

Another way of grouping your dashboards is by marking them as favorites.

Sorting Dashboards
In the View Settings menu, you can sort your dashboards by the columns shown in the list in an ascending or descending order.
