Why did you decide to study in Thailand?
Claire- I wanted to go to Asia for sure, but China seemed too
scary. It was kind of a spontaneous decision that I eventually
stuck with, and now one that I am very happy with.  The fact that
I like Thai food helped a lot, too.
Erik- I didn’t exactly. I just wanted something new so I put down

we are without going abroad is thinking that instant ramen is a true
staple of Japan or that spaghetti with store-brand pasta sauce is as Feijoada Brazilian
savory as the real thing in Italy. Quit fooling yourselves and try these
recipes to taste the next best thing to authentic. Bean and Pork Stew

C oconut Curry Ti lapia Ingredients:


Olive oil
2 tsp garlic, minced
Ingredients: Directions: Preheat broiler. Heat 1/2 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp dark sesame oil teaspoon oil in large nonstick semi- 1 can tomato puree
1 tbsp minced, peeled fresh ginger deep pan or pot over medium heat. 1 can kidney beans
