INTRODUCTION

• The rules are the standard set of instructions made for people, which
explains that how things are to be done.

• The rules should be followed by the public as they are made for the
welfare of them.

• Under the constitution of India there exists law, which includes many
acts, after that comes regulations and finally rules.

• Non-compliance of any rule can cause a little effect.


Rules tell us what to do and what not to do. It can be set up for home,
hospital, institution, college, office, school, etc.

INTRODUCTION

REGULATIONS

• Regulations can be defined as the rules which are authorized by the government
and approved by the public.

• They are made after taking into consideration the whole public at large and so
they must be followed by them.

• Violation of any regulation may cause severe penalty or punishment or both.

• In the parliament, when both the houses pass a bill it becomes an act, and on the
basis of the act, regulations come into force.

behavior.

• These laws are made by government officials.

• Laws must be obeyed by all.

• Laws set out standards, procedures and principles that must be followed.
