about CoVID-19” in a creative manner.

Below are the guidelines and information on how to do this.

• What does FAQ mean?

o It stands for Frequently Asked Questions, and it’s a page that gives quick
answers to customer questions.

• Tips for writing a good FAQ page?

o Write the question as the reader would ask it.
o Use a question-and-answer format.
o Keep answers short.

• Here is an example for you:
