DIFFERENT STAGES OF OUR LIFE
Una comida saludable debe incluir: Proteína magra (carnes magras, mariscos, huevos,
frijoles) Frutas y verduras (piense en naranja, rojo, verde y morado) Granos integrales
(arroz integral, pasta integral) Lácteos bajos en grasa (leche y sus alternativas)
REMEMBER:
Your immune system is just that – a system of organs, tissues, cells, proteins
(antibodies), and other chemicals that allow your body to fight off disease-causing
microorganisms. A healthy, well-balanced body typically does a pretty good job at
producing an immune response against disease.
