The company has been looking for IT Business Analyst to join us and help Irish Enterprises and organizations. IT Business Analyst will be responsible to improve and optimize the usage of IT Business Applications & Systems and IT Business Processes & Procedures. Foreign National being an IT Business Analyst will be in charge of analyzing and assessing information technology systems and making suggestions for how they can better meet business needs; he will be working closely with client’s business stakeholders, project managers and will be responsible for bridging the gap between the IT and Business teams and perform analysis to determine the application of Information Technology in their business requirements and translate them into technology driven initiatives that help our company customers achieve their business goals. To fulfill the requirements of above job description a Bachelor Degree preferably in Business, relevant experience, highly effective communication and IT industry certifications were required Following describes specific duties and responsibilities for which Foreign National have been red. 1- Responsible for providing technical advice and further analysis on IT Business applications (such as Oracle, Microsoft Sharepoint e.t.c) vendor network and security products and technologies (for example VMware Network, security, storage and Server virtualization) for the ‘company and customers’ Information Technology infrastructure and computer security needs. 2- Leading an IT business support team for the provision of detailed analysis and accurate guidance on the use of clients’ information technology applications, network and security products to support clients of our company; resulting in invaluable turn-key solution to the customer. 3 Liaises with company clients in order to help them analyze, improve and optimize IT business processes and procedures, clarify clients’ requirements and to define the scope of existing systems and application software, hardware, network, virtualization and security functions provision.4- Overseeing, analyzing and advising on the feasibility of datacenter and cyber security planning, deployment, and operations for company clients. 5- Provides advice and guidance in the procurement, provision, delivery, installation, maintenance and use of IT Business Applications, systems and their environments to company clients. 6- Examines existing business models and flows of data and designs functional specifications and test plans for new systems in order to meet clients’ needs. 7- Ensuring requirements issues are tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner. 8: Effectively communicating plan, status, risks and issues to the stakeholder in a precise and timely manner. 9 Gain agreement, usually from senior management, of the best method of introducing recommendations to the businesses. 10- Communicate the benefits of your recommendations across departments and help to address any uncertainty and concern. 11- Ensure plans are made and processes are created to evaluate the impact of the changes made, including taking responsibility for overseeing and reporting on this evaluation. 12- Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts. 13- Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary. 14- Help to build an effective business development team to drive the company’s growth
