III. What type of marketing strategy and philosophy the company used?
IV. Discuss its strength, weakness, opportunities, and threats of the organization (SWOT).
V. Find the micro and macro environments of that specific organization.
VI. How does the company segment its market?
VII. Who are the consumers and suppliers of that specific company and what is their behavior?
VIII. What unique feature does the company use to differentiate its product/service to position itself?

INSTRUCTIONS

 Each group should have 5-6 members.


 Each group will have 15 minutes for presentation.
 The presenter will be selected randomly by the instructor.
 The paper should compiled formally and if possible make it computer writing form.
 The project will have 15 marks
