CAREER SUMMARY
I have 5 years of working experience in various companies in the oil & gas sector, and construction.
The companies I have worked with include: PT. Yodya Karya (Client World Bank, NUWSP Pipeline
Project) Riau, The work I do as an HSE Inspector is supervising the contractor. Installation of
pipeline in the Bengkalis area. I also have work experience at PT. Supraco Indonesia and PT. Mesco
Sarana Nusantara, Riau. The work I do Supervision, Document control and Land representatives
under Dapartement of Land Matter PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia Project Environmental
Bioremediation in the Block Rokan area. And then my experience as a Technical Assistant at PT.
Sucofindo and PT Radian Utama Interisco department of Environment under of PT. Chevron pacific
Indonesia in the Environmental Bioremediation project in the Block Rokan area.

- Organize a kick-off safety meeting at the start of the work (Toolbox meeting, PTW, JSA,
