Questions:-

1. How is this business organized? (sole proprietorship, partnership,

corporation )
Answer
Sole proprietorship
2. Where did you get your entrepreneurial spirit? Are your parents
entrepreneurs?
Answer
Yes, my father was a great entrepreneur. From there, I got the spirit to
become an entrepreneur. I saw their hard work, belief in himself and
patients, and his motive is to satisfy their customer’s needs by their product
(garments). That’s why I got the spirit to become an entrepreneur just like
him.
3. What made you decide to go into business for yourself?

Answer
whenever I saw my father doing some kind of work at home and I am so
curious
to know what kind of work he is doing and after that, I went to my father
and ask what kind of work he is doing and then he used to tell me that he is
making accounts and from starting I have decided to become an
entrepreneur just like my father because my father was a great inspiration
for me. And after completing my graduation. I regularly went to the shop
and help my father in doing the business from that I got to know many
things about business and how to make major decisions in the firm.

4. What was your key driving force to become an entrepreneur?

Answer
I’m not sure I have a definitive answer but I can tell you what motivated
me:
1. Autonomy - I wanted to make my own decisions
2. Seeing a better way - I wanted to be free to choose and experiment with
my strategies and execution tactics to succeed
3. Defining success on my terms - establishing and sustaining my businesses
to meet the complex set of values I (and most people have) for their
vocation and life. Creating the right mix of remuneration, work
enjoyment, learning, community, development opportunities, etc.

5. Where did the idea of your business derive from?

Answer
I wanted a business idea that excited me. It had to be b2b as that is my area
of interest and had to do with scalable technology that was markedly
different from the status quo. For years I met a small group of friends on
weekends and evenings to throw around ideas. I knew manufacturing cloth
was my killer idea as soon as we began to flesh it out: the sector is really
interesting and aligned with what I knew and could see myself doing for
some time. Even then we took several months to research, learn, plan and
revisit all assumptions before doing anything concrete. I would say that all
that planning was worthwhile and in those days you should be your own
harshest critic. Looking back, I’m glad I killed other ideas.

6. Who are your competitors?

Answer

My clothing manufacturing business has many competitors. That’s

unavoidable. It’s the nature of my business. I to have direct competitors
(targeting the same audience with a similar product) and/or indirect competitors
(targeting the same audience but with a different product). The number of
competitors I have, and the scale of my operations, vary depending on your target
market.

7. How did you decide on the location for your business ?

Answer

The location of my factory would play an important role in determining its

success.  That’s why I have to choose that location from that I can get all
resources that will be needed in making the product. Rural areas with lower real
estate costs, and low costs of living in general, make betterment for the business
This has saved my money on the factory building and it will give me access to
cheaper labour. From there, I have to order my types of equipment and set up my
space with the most optimal and efficient layout.

8. How did you come up with the name for your company?
Answer

I remember that day when I was thinking about the name of the firm and I was so
confused on that day because I have to take that name so that it attracts the
customers. Then I went to the mandir and there I got an idea that why not “Sai
manufactures” because all I got in my life is because of Sai Baba and because of my
father that’s why I choose the name “Sai Manufactures”.

Introduction of non-tariff buyers by importing nations
 Threat of removing b to b based then evolving b to c oriented cluster hence

middlemen in the absence of synergized initiatives of clusters.

 inadequate direct information based on competitors as also domestic

markets affecting performance.

11. What’s your greatest entrepreneurial achievement to be proud of?

Answer

That was a very good question I must say, according to me the great
achievement is when the consumer says that this product was really good
and when the retailer says to me that “there was the great demand of your
product and every customer was saying that we need only that product in
that fabric” and there is another achievement for me is that whenever I saw
my family happy and my parents are also proud of me that is the greatest
achievement for me.

12. Please share your entrepreneurial journey so far?

Answer
My entrepreneurial journey was very difficult because a time came that I
thought that I should close that business. Then I thought I can’t give up so
easily then I brought some innovations in technology so that we can sell the
product at cheaper rates and it works. and then I start analyzing the
market daily that what does the customer wants and then I start working on
that things And I must say the life of an entrepreneur’s life was not so
easy.
