INTRODUCTION
Oleumberger Limited is a Nigerian indigenous real estate development and
marketing company, and established in 2014 .

It started first as a 2-man organization in Abuja, trading under the name and style of
Messrs Adetokunbo Ademola Associates established 2011, having successfully
executed various company initiated projects in the Northern part of the country, also
as strategic partners to the landmark World Trade Centre development, UPDC Plc, and
the Sunrise Hills estate Abuja.
The company fully developed into Oleumberger Limited, with a foundation staff of 4-
people, and have attained hyper growth having initiated and executed various
residential and commercial developments to a management team strength of 7-highly
respected core professionals with over ten decades of cumulative experience in the
real estate development industry.
Oleumberger Limited has grown to position herself as a full fledged high-end
residential and commercial company with her sister company Adeokunbo Ademola
Associates.

This sister company is responsible for the key aspect of marketing, sales and lease of
various projects to our numerous clients.

The company marketing clientele ranges from private to public and multinationals in
various sectors of the economy: these include Daar Communications Plc, Ringardas
Nigeria Limited (ASCA), International Institute of Tropical Agriculture, Chimons
Limited, Embassy of Cote’D Voire, UACN Property Development Company Plc,
Churchgate Group, to mention a few.

Adetokunbo-Ademola, Adeokun CEO The Oleumberger founder, Adetokunbo Ademola comes with
over 18 years experience in Real Estate Development,
Investment and Marketing.
Adetokunbo served as the pioneer Managing Director of
Newtech Global Properties Limited. He directed the foundations
of the company’s achievements, and initiated the
conceptualization, development and management of a myriad of
housing projects and estates.
He is specifically gifted at managing complex projects and
strategic alliances with major real estate players. His various
international executive leadership training programs has
equipped him to move the company upwards.
Adetokunbo is a graduate of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria,
and attends the Lagos Business School Executive Programs.
Adetokunbo-Ademola, Jasinta-Ome Executive Director/COO Jasinta-Ome is a Business Strategist and Marketing guru with
over a decade in the execution of marketing strategy and
delivering value to all stakeholders. After a multidimensional
role spanning nearly 12 years, Jasinta-Ome understands the
essence of marketing strategy conceptualization and delivery.
Jasinta-Ome is a proven people-developer and team head. She is
an alumnus of the Wharton Business School Real Estate
Program in Housing Finance. Jasinta-Ome is a Business
Administration graduate and MBA holder from the Ahmadu
Bello University, Zaria.

Popoola, Adeboye N. Chief Technical Officer Mr. Popoola Adeboye holds a Higher National Diploma in
Quantity Surveying from Kaduna Polytechnic with Distinctions
and Master of Business Administration from University of
Calabar. He is an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of
Quantity Surveyors. He is a recipient of many awards including
prize for the overall best qualifying candidates in the Test of
Professional Competence of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity
Surveyors, November 2002, overall best graduating student in
Quantity Surveying and best graduating student in the College of
Environmental Studies, Kaduna Polytechnic, 1997/98 session.
He has worked as professional quantity surveyor in private
practice before joining the company. He has attended several
trainings and courses including key Executive Program at
Harvard Business School, United States of America. He has
worked in various capacities as Contract Manager and he is
currently the Chief Technical Officer of the Company.
Ogwuche, Adakole Chief Financial Officer Ogwuche Adakole is the CFO, he holds a bachelor’s Degree in
Food Science and Technology (2004) from the University of
Agriculture, Makurdi.
He has several years of experience in the financial and banking
sectors, he was Head, Marketing and Credit, Fidelity Bank Plc,
Team Head, Cowry Banking, Heritage Bank Plc, Branch Manager,
Unity Bank Plc, before joining the team in charge of
financial/accounts at Oleumberger.

Onyemah, John Project Manager John has about 16 years experience in the construction industry.
He has spearheaded the delivery and supervision of major real
estate and construction projects across the country. Major
projects include: The 7 storey block for the National Veterinary

cinema hall at Marina Resort Calabar amongst others.
He is the management team member in charge of project

Iheazor, Smart Legal Adviser Smart Iheazor is the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser, he has
