This Personalised Learning Plan will focus on the individual student goals necessary to
support learning across their education at Fisher Road School. It considers what
reasonable adjustments or supports are needed for a student to be able to access the
curriculum and fully participate in their educational program. The plan is developed by
the school in consultation with the parents and carers. All Board of Studies Key Learning
Areas (KLAs) are adjusted in the student’s class program.

ENLS-2A: Communicates for a variety of purposes, audiences and contexts

Focus Area Communication


PLP Goal By the end of Semester 1, George will use speech, PC’s, KWS and/or a talking Tile
(SMART) to request help throughout the day. He will be supported with teacher modelling,

- Condition visual and verbal prompting. Progress being measured using event recording with
- Criterion success being requesting help, 3 times a week, over a 4-week period.

Focus Area Money

PLP Goal By the end of Semester 1, with verbal prompting and modelling, George will
(SMART) identify and discriminate the silver and gold Australian coins - 5c, 10c, 20c, 50c, $1
