This was verified by 16s DNA sequence analysis with the eubacterial universal primers 27F 5'-AGA GTT TGA TCC TGG CTC AG-3" and 1492R 5°CGT TAC CTT GTT ACG ACT T-3", When the analyzed 16s rDNA sequence was aligned with BLAST program, it was 100% identical with E. coli KCCM 80236. ‘Also, the origin of introduced foreign genes were identified by analyzing the sequence of E. coli KCCM 80236.
