 Comments received on 24-04 -2015.
 P&ID – Rev-01 submitted on 15th May- 2015.
 No comments have been received so far, hence considered approved.
2  Instrument Data Sheets –Part-1– Rev-0 submitted on 26 -03-2015.
 Comments received on 21-04 -2015.
 Clarifications to comments sent on 24-04-15 and accepted by M/s Afcons.
3  Instrument Data Sheets –Part-2– Rev-0 covering PLC system submitted on 08-05-2015 on receipt of
comments on P&ID- Rev-0.
 Comments received on 19th May – 2015 on Rev-0 drawings and documents regarding PLC system.
 Clarifications sent on 28th May – 2015 with revision of PLC model to ET-200 SP.
 Most of the clarifications accepted by M/s Afcons vide their response dated 8 th June – 2015.
 Certain comments given by M/s Afcons vide their mail dated 8 th June – 2015 are under Gastek’s review and
shall be clarified by 11th June - 2015.
 Pending points / comments on PLC System clarified over phone and Afcon’s remarks / acceptance received
vide mail dated 24th June – 2015. 3
 Revised PLC System drawings and documents (PLC wiring Diagram / IO details / PLC Configuration and
Program Logic), based on the comments and clarifications, underway and shall be submitted by 3 rd June -
2015.3
 QAP, FAT & SAT of PLC Panel submitted on 10 th June – 2015. Comments received on 25 th June. Revised
document submitted on 26th June – 2015.3
 Detailed PLC Panel GA (External & Internal) shall be submitted within 10 days on acceptance of PLC
wiring diagram along with above details.
4  Equipment Layout- Rev-0 submitted on 08-04-2015.
 Comments received on 17-04-15, followed by mail dated 29 th April for a scheduled meeting on 7 th May-15
at Kandla Site.
 Revised Equipment Layout drawing sent on 14th May – 2015, as per the discussions at Kandla Site.
 Comments/ Remarks on Equipment Layout Drawing received on 22nd June - 2015.

10  Comments on Drawings and design calculations of Air Receiver, Surge vessel and N2 Storage Tanks
received on 12th June – 2015.3
11  Confirmations to comments on fabricated vessels sent by Gastek on 19 th June – 2015.3
12  Drawing of Air Receiver has been revised as per comments and submitted on 26 th June – 2015.
 Drawings of Surge Vessel and N2 storage Tanks under internal review and shall be submitted by 30 th June -
2015.3
13  Electrical and Instrumentation Cable Schedule are on Hold on account of finalization of equipment layout.
Revised equipment layout already submitted on 26th June – 2015.
14  Purchase orders of Major Bought out Components with longer delivery period, already placed. Un-priced
scanned copies sent vide Job Progress Schedule dated 5 th May – 2015.
 Placement of Purchase Orders for Panels (Electrical & PLC) on hold on account of acceptance from M/s
Afcons.
15  Soil investigation report received on 1st June – 2015.
 Foundation drawing development for air receiver, surge vessel and N2 Storage Tanks underway.
 Foundation drawing development of PSA Skid ON HOLD, on account of non finalization of Layout.
16  3 No’s Nitrogen Storage Tanks
 Fabrication drawing and Design calculations of 3 No’s Nitrogen Storage Tanks have been
submitted to Third Party Inspection Agency (M/s Bax Counsel Inspection Bureau P Ltd) of
Controller of Explosives (CCE).
 Approval of drawings and documents expected by 18th June.
 Drawings and documents pertaining to N2 Storage Tanks approved by Controller of Explosives
(CCE).3
 Procurement of materials for shell and dish ends and flanges with nozzle materials underway. 3

17  Air Receiver 3
 Long seams of Air Receiver complete.
 Circumferential seam of air receiver complete
 First Dish end fitment with shell complete.
 Root run of 2nd dish end complete.
 Nozzle opening for Manhole and other nozzles pending.
 Final weld of 2nd dish end shall commence after opening for manhole is made.

 Root run of long seams completed
 Root run of 2 No’s Circumferential seams for three number shell complete.
 Set up of 1st dish end underway.

19  PSA Towers & Carbon Bed:-3

 Since changes in equipment layout as submitted on 26 th June – 2015, which may require changes in
nozzle orientation are not foreseen, detailed drawings and design calculations for PSA Towers and
Carbon Bed are underway.
 However, plates for shell and dish ends as per design requirement are available.
