Minutes of the Meeting

A virtual meeting was scheduled on dated 27.04.2022 under the chairmanship of COO-
DDUGKY-BRLPS with Manager Jobs, SPMU Jobs team and HCL Representatives. The agenda
of the meeting was to facilitate 12th Pass out students for HCL Techbee program from each
district.

The detailed discussion and directions are below mentioned for further action and inputs: -

HCL Tech Bee is organizing an assessment test at Buddha Heritage, near Sahyog Hospital,
Patliputra Colony, Patna -800013 on 30th April 2022 .

 Expected 200 -300 Participants from 13 districts nearby Patna will participate in the
entrance examination conducted including counselling and interview on the same day.
 HCL has 1000 opportunities for the F.Y 2022-23 and HCL is providing admission for
two posts and the details are as follows-

 As directed by the Competent Authority, Manager Job need to facilitate registration
and mobilisation of the eligible candidates for the HCL Techbee program.
 Manager Jobs needs to motivate the candidates to participate in the physical
examination being conducted on 30th April 2022 as the complete process of entrance
will be conducted on the same day.
 As on date the below mentioned respective districts nearby Patna have mobilised and
registered the candidates for HCL Techbee program in context of 30th April
assessment: -
 Patna -50
 Gaya - 10
 Muzaffarpur - 10
 Jahanabad- 30
 Nalanda - 35
 Vaishali - 20
 Samastipur- 40 and Lakhisarai, Saran and Arwal will be shared soon.

 For the 30th April event HCL will share a Nodal person contact details along with google
location of the venue- Buddha Heritage, near Sahyog Hospital, Patliputra Colony,
Patna by EoD.
 All Manager Jobs directed to ensure the process of screening before sending the
candidates to Patna.
 Manager Jobs need to participate in 5 to 6 counselling cum mobilisation sessions at
block/panchayat level and counsel them about the HCL Techbee program.
 Manager Jobs will be ensured to organise minimum one assessment in their respective
district by the end of May 2022 and update the tentative plan in shared google sheet.
 Manager Job need to organise entrance examinations with support of training centres
or through HCL.
 The representative of HCL need to manage the cost of accommodation and provide
Laptop or tablet for the screening process in districts where the training centre is not
available.
 Few of the districts like Nevada, Saharsa & Patna have raised queries about the slow
process of the running steps like interview, final result and joining of the selected
candidates by HCL team.
 HCL representative has given assurance and will communicate the status parallelly to
the district team along with SRLM, participants details interested in the training and
update the steps cleared asap.
 Next meeting with all Manager jobs has been planned in the first week of May 2022.
