We are pleased to announce that your child has successfully cleared the Interview
and is most welcome to join our Bhavans family from the next academic year
2022-23 . Please visit Smart Indian School - Jleeb with all the below mentioned
documents for completing the admission process .  
Kindly submit these documents in the exact same order 

1. English Registration Form 

2. Arabic Registration Form (MOE Registration Form ) 
3. Birth Certificate copy of the Child 
4. Civil ID copy of the Child  
5. Passport copy of the Child  
6. Civil ID copy of the Father 
7. Passport copy of the Father 
8. Civil ID copy of the Mother 
9. Passport copy of the Mother  

Original Health Card from Area clinic and 4 Photographs (Any size/background
color) 
This is the order in which you are to submit the documents and please don’t staple
any of these documents. And few things to note 

1. All the details in the Arabic Form must be filled in Arabic as this is to be
sent to the Ministry of Education for verification. And a parent should sign
at the bottom left where the X is marked.  
2. Only the front side copy of the Passport is required, the one with the
Photograph. And the backside of the passport with the Address is NOT
REQUIRED.  
3. Civil ID copy must have both the front and back side included.   

And finally along the documents , you are expected to clear the Admission Fees
and the First Term Fees . Kindly refer below for the exact amount  
Ict fee 7.500 
Tuition fee 200.000 
Admission fee 15.000 
Cation deposit 25.000 
Total 247.500
