NOTICE

INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING Online Application form for admission to

M.Sc. (Computer Science) Part - I for the academic year 2019-2020

Students of Savitribai Phule Pune University and Other Universities, who wish to apply for the
admission to M.Sc. (Computer Science) Part - I course for the Academic Year 2019-2020
should note the following:

Eligibility For M.Sc. (Computer Science) Part - I:

 Bachelor of Computer Science (BCS) with 50% marks for Open category & 45% marks for
reserved category.
OR
 B.Sc. (Computer Science) with 50% marks.
OR
 A Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science/ Information Technology/Electronic
Telecommunication with 50% marks.

Application form for admission to M.Sc. (Computer Science) Part - I, Academic year 2019-2020,
will be available online from 24th May, 2019 (After 12.00 noon) to 11th June, 2019.

Instructions to Fill On-line Application form:

1. Visit http://spcollegecsd.epravesh.com
2. Click : Online Application form for Admission to M.Sc. (Computer Science) Part - I
3. Click : “Apply On-line”
4. Register as new user.
5. Fill the Personal details along with qualifying examination details in the application form. Students
should fill the marks obtained in the principal subject. ( e.g. Savitribai Phule Pune University
students should fill marks obtained out of 1200 and 1900.)
6. No request for change in any information provided in the online form will be entertained by the
college

7. Processing fee Rs. 360/- (to be paid online only, includes Payment gateway charges, if applicable)
8. Do not submit hard copy (Print out) of the application form to the department office. Preserve the
receipt of the online application fee paid for future reference, if required.
9. M.Sc. (Computer Science) Part - I Final General Merit list will be displayed on 13/06/2019
after 04:00 p.m. Name appearing in General merit list does not imply admission to the course.
10. Admission to M.Sc. (Computer Science) Part - I course will be done on the basis of merit and per
the prescribed rules for admission in consonance with the reservation policy of the state
government/national policy.
11. Admissions will be done on the counseling basis (Table Admission). Invitation for counseling does
not imply confirmation of admission.
12. The schedule for table admission (counseling) will be displayed on the website and on the College
notice board on 10th June, 2019 after 4.00 p.m.
13. Student should produce following original documents (along with two photo copies) at the time of
admission only:
a. Statement of marks of the qualifying examination
b. TC / Migration certificate, as applicable.
c. Caste Certificate (if applicable, Issued by Govt. of Maharashtra)
d. Domicile Certificate ( Issued by Tahsildar or collector only)
e. Eligibility Certificate for EWS (Economically Weaker Section), as per Annexure-A
published by Govt. of Maharashtra vide GR dated 12, February, 2019
f. Active or Ex-Servicemen/ Sports Certificate (if applicable)
g. Medical certificate issued by Civil Surgeon in case of person with disabilities (P.H.),
(if applicable)
h. Certificate(s) of participation in National level / State level / Inter-University level sports and
cultural competitions in the preceding academic year only (2018-2019).
i. Gap certificate ( if applicable)
