The document discusses product specifications for an M-30PCFL analyzer. It lists the reagents used, including a lyse that breaks down red blood cells for white blood cell differentiation. Probe Cleanser is used for regular cleaning. Tables show reagent consumption volumes for different sample presentation modes, startup/shutdown, and standby modes. Controls and calibrators made from human blood are used for quality control and calibration to ensure traceability of results. The analyzer can store at least 200,000 sample results for BC-20s and 500,000 for BC-30s, including histograms, patient info, flags, and other information.

The controls and calibrators are used for the analysis quality control and calibration of the analyzer. The controls are suspension of stimulated human blood, specifically manufactured to monitor and evaluate the analysis precision of the analyzer. The controls are prepared with three levels, namely low, normal and high. The calibrators are also suspension of stimulated human blood, specifically manufactured for the calibration of the analyzer, so as to build the metrological traceability of analysis results. For the use and storage of controls and calibrators, please refer to the Instruction for Use of each product. All references related to the controls and calibrators in this manual refer to the "controls" and "calibrators" Mindray specifically formulated for BC20s/30s by Mindray.
2.1. Information Storage Capacity
Table 2-11 Data storage requirements
Data BC-20s: no less than 200,000 samples
storage BC-30s: no less than 500,000 samples capacity Information The information stored should at least include the following: (histogram), sample information, patient information, flags as well as any special information of the analyzer.
