EATING HABITS.

In my opinion, eating habits change from when we were children until we

become adults.

First of all, as a child we have to eat what our mum said or she thought was
the best for us. But, in general, we didn´t like vegetables, fish and our
favourite meal was pasta or soup. Children love sweets and ice-creams.

Secondly, as a teenager, we didn’t have enough money, we usually ate

hamburgers, pizzas, in general we went to fast-food restaurants. But we
were consuming a lot of calories and a few grams And can become
overweight.

Thirdly, as an adult, we are working, we are independent and we have

money, so our eating habits change a lot. We can go to better restaurants
and pay more for better meals. In my case, if I hadn´t enough willpower, I
would eat chocolates, cakes, chips or ready-cooked meals everyday because
I think it´s the easiest way when you are working and you are independent.
Nowadays we live fast. We are always rushing everywhere. We are really
busy, we work, we have children, we do housework, we study and we have
an intense social life.
We don´t have enough time for us and finally we have bad eating habits
because it is faster to cook a hamburger than to cook a good stew. It is
faster to eat a sandwich than to eat a big salad.

To sum up, eating habits are really important for our health. We decide to
have bad or healthy eating habits.
