JP is also a Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) from Scrum Alliance and helps organizations adopt agile ways of
working at scale.
JP is practicing entrepreneurship since 2011 and is one of the co-founders of Aritha. At Aritha, JP held a
position of Director - Technology & Consulting. He was handling dual responsibilities till 2017. One is directing
and managing marketing/branding initiatives. Second is leading the technology consulting & agile coaching BU.
As a lead coach, JP focused on enhancing "Execution Agility” of people, an ability to make things happen
amid uncertainty.
Starting with eXtreme Programming (XP), JP is practicing agile and lean ways of working since 2003. Over 8
years, JP has coached about 700 people as a part of six large-scale (scale: 200 to 4000 people) transformation
engagements. JP is a Consultant for Trail Ridge, a co-creative coaching partnership building more adaptable,
sustainable and healthier organizations. Their holistic framework-less approach guides leaders and
organizations globally. In the past, JP has partnered with Pete Behrens for coaching in global organizations.
JP’s most recent experiment is his venture into a leadership education and coaching firm, Agility Moments. He
has founded this to partner with global leadership educators and together, help leaders discover their micro-
moments of agility and enable them to act amid uncertainty and risks.
For fun and relaxing, JP spends time playing with children and practicing martial arts. He also collaborates with
public policy makers and think tank organizations in primary education space of Karnataka, India.
Agile Strategist & Coach for SolutionsIQ (now an Accenture company). JP partnered with Vibhu Srinivasan to
help organizations in agile adoption, both at project team/s level and at organizational level. He worked with
managers, leaders and other relevant senior management people to come up with agile implementation
strategies and coach the teams to evolve their agile adoption journey. Employment: 2011-2014.
Independent Consultant working for Tesco International (Bengaluru, India), a leading UK based retail
company. At Tesco, JP partnered with Jesse Fewell to coach a few key teams on Scrum and Agile adoption as a
part of transformation initiative in an International Programme across Tesco. Engagement: 2010.
Various software engineering positions in multiple companies. Key ones include Wipro, Sungard,
Authoria (now Peoplefluent), Robert Bosch, IBM Software Labs, TCG Ivega, Dell. Employment: 2002-2009.
Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering - M.V.J. College of Engineering (MVJCE),
Bangalore, Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), graduated in July 2002.
