Harbarger is submitting this report as it relates fo a violation of an injunction for protection against repeat violence, where Anna Paulina Mayerhofer Is the victim. The incident occurred at the Red Rose Gentlemen's Club, located at 106 Santa Rosa Boulevard, in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, at approximately 0230 hours on 01-26-2014, ‘SUPPLEMENTAL NARRATIVE: 01/26/2014 04:12 PM Reming Re ae rere [oar ii > PS TON ‘On 01-26-2014 at approximately 0231 hours, | responded to the Red Rose Gentlemen's Club, located at 106 Santa Rosa Boulevard, In Fort Walton Beach, Florida, for a reported violation of an injunction. Upon arrival, | spoke with Anna Paulina Mayerhofer, the victim. During our conversation Mayerhofer presented me a copy of her injunction for protection against repeat violence, where Davrie Jean Macias is the respondent. ‘The injunction (case # 2013 DR 005075 FV) was signed on 12-27-2013 by Judge John Jay Gontarek and is in full force and effect until 12-31-2014. One of the terms of the injunction Is the respondent, Macias, shall not go within five hundred feet of Mayerhofer. The injunction also shows that Macias was served with a copy of the protection order. As | reviewed the terms of the injunction the property of the Red Rose Gentlemen's Club was not mentioned as a place of employment for Mayerhofer. During my interview, Mayerhofer stated that she had just started her employment with the Red Rose Gentlemen's Club and was on her third day of work. At approximately 0230 hours this date, Mayerhofer noted Macias inside the club with two other females. Mayerhofer believed that Macias had personal knowledge that she ‘worked there. After seeing Macias inside the club, Mayerhofer told Kristen Terry, one of the females with Macias they needed to leave. The three females didn't immedlately leave and continued to sit at a table. Mayethofer further stated she again told Kristen they needed to leave. Kristen then spoke with Macias, but the females still didn’t get up to leave. Mayerhofer then walked over to “Dallas”, a bouncer, to inform him of the situation, at which point all three females left the property. Mayerhofer stated when Macias was leaving she yelled at her " I'm leaving, I'm leaving, I'm leaving". Mayerhofer completed and signed a sworn written affidavit of complaint. After speaking with Mayerhofer, | spoke with Saber Schmitt the club Manager. Schmitt stated he witnessed three females come into the club and promptly leave a short time later. Schmitt completed and signed a sworn written statement. Case status: pending. ‘SUPPLEMENTAL NARRATIVE: 01/26/2014 04:13 PM. Reporng cm [Stan ToRSeRe ————renananirto c fi ° 220 ‘On 01/26/14 At approximately 1600 hours Devrie Macias came to the Shalimar Sheriff's Office Annex to speak with ‘an officer about an injunction violation, I made contact with Macias and her mother. Macias stated that she and two other glrls went to the Red Rose last right, pald the entrance fee, and then sat at a table. Once they were inside, Macias recognized that the petitioner, /Ann Mayerhofer, was working there as a dancer. Macias stated she and her friends got and got refunds and left the club, Macias stated she did not know the petitioner was at the club or worked at the club and stated she thought the petitioner was In the Alr Force. I then looked up Macias to discover this report had been generated but the narrative had yet to be written. | made contact with Macias and advised her that the incident was reported and asked if she wished to fill out a statement. Macias did so and provided the names and numbers of the persons with he Macias had a copy of the permanent injunction. | looked at it and did not find the Red Rose as a location she was ordered to stay away from. Moody was with the suspect at the time of the incident. Moody stated she would supply a written statement as to her involvement in this case tomorrow (01-31-2014) during her lunch break at work, | also attempted to speak with Kristen Terry via telephone. Terry was also identified as being with the suspect at the time of the incident. The telephone number I was supplied for Terry was not a working number (850) 313-5329. Case status: pending. Upon arrtv made contact with Megan Moody, who provided me with the original case number of 14-884. Moody provided a statement advising that her friend Devrie has an active Injunction with a subject she Identified as Ana. Moody stated that her and a group of friends including Devrie went to the Red Rose Gentleman's ‘club where they had contact with the subject Ana. She stated that as soon as contact was made, Devrie hurried out of the bullding and never re-entered. The statement will be added to this case. This concludes my Involvement with the case.
