The party was located in a small corer apartment and has a tiny fenced in yard, The gate and door of the apartment open into an alley/parking lot area. The alley was dark as it is not lt by streetlights. I knew my friends, Andrew and Eddie, were waiting to pick me up just across the alley, on Pacific Street, but they were out of my sight 3. stepped out othe gate and tumed left into the alley to walk toward my friends ‘waiting for me on Pacific, when I heard the Defendant shout, “I’m gonna beat your ass, Bitch” I looked over my right shoulder and saw her about 15 feet behind me. She sprang toward me, grabbed my hair, yanked my head back and forth, and punched me repeatedly in my head and face. 4. Thad my cell phone in my hand, but dropped it when T brought my hands ia front of my face to block her punches. She stepped on it and I never got my phone back. 5. The Defendant punched me at least five times, in the face. Consequently, I have ‘evo overlapping bruises totaling approximately 8” inches in length, and 4” in ‘width on the let side of my face, around my eye and on my upper cheekbone. | also have smaller bruises around my right eye and chin, Further, I have a fat lip, seratches on my forchead and on my left hand. As I tried to get away from Defendant, she kneed me in the stomach,6. ‘The Defendant was accompanied by approximately five other female eens, At least one of her friends, Perla I think, shouted, “Beat her ass Taylor!" and ‘encouraged Defendant to beat me. 7. The attack ended when an unknown male teen, ran over to Taylor and pulled her offof me, He said, “That's enough Taylor. Get off! Stop.” I subsequently ran ‘over to my fiends in the car and left with them, 8. Lam feeling tervfied for my personal safety, since this attack. Further, have been feeling dizzy, disoriented, and faint, which I think isa result from the repeated blows to my head, 9. ‘The Defendant is much bigger than me as she is approximately 5°11” all and ‘weighs about 145 pounds. I am 5°6” and weigh 110 pounds. I felt completely overpowered by her and powerless to defend myself. 10.1 filed a police report regarding this incident with Officer Marcotte atthe Paci Police Station on August 6, 2006. The police report number is #37968. Shortly before the end of the last school year, on about June 20th, Iwas at the beach in Venice sunbathing with my friend Tiana. The Defendant and her friend Perla approached us and said “If you don’t get off our beach Bitches, we're going to beat your ass! I left the beach, but while waiting for our taxi, Taylor's fiend Perla shoved me up against a car and a wall, and told me to “Get the ek off her beach,” and I wasn’t weleome there, it was her beach. A security guard told her to geLaway from me and she leR. She followed me to a bus stop (1 was to scared to ‘wait forthe taxi), and told me ifT ever came back to Venice beach she would “beat ‘my ass." [haven't been back there sine. 12.0n Saturday, June 3, 2006, [attended an after-prom party atthe Marina del Rey International Hotel. At about 2 aum.,as Iwas saying goodbye to my fiends, saw Taylor come down the stars in the hallway, She started calling me a “Diety Bitch, amb Slut, Stupid Whore, Ugly Bitch," and other crude names, I tured the other ‘way, and started walking briskly away. The corridor was empty. I glanced backand saw her sprinting toward me. She ran past me and stood in my face, blocking :my way so that I couldn't leave. She said, “I'm going to beat your ass Bitch and shoved me against the wall.” 1told her to stop. She didn’t, She continued to shove me harder, several times up against the wall. She challenged me to fight. I refused and yelled for her to stop. Her eyes were glazed over. 13 My fiiend Theo rushed over, grabbed her off of me, and told her that she needed to stop and that she was stupid, He asked her “What the hell are you doing?
