1. Pans
You cannot cook anything without a pan. If you like deep frying food, you should buy deep pans. If you are
solely pan-frying food, you can start with shallow pans. Additionally, if you like cooking Asian food, you
must get a wok.
Pans are on top of the list because they let you cook the most basic dish― fried ones. Frying is an essential
cooking technique that produces delicious food― from meat to vegetables.

2. Pots
Similar to the first item on this list, you cannot cook anything without a pot. If you like making stew, soup,
and other wet dishes, you should buy pots. 
Pots are on this list because they let you cook the second most basic dish― soupy ones. 

3.Mixing Bowls
Whether you are an amateur or professional cook, you need to mix a lot of ingredients such as
herbs, baking ingredients, and deep-fry batter. Hence, you need to have mixing bowls. 
In our opinion, glass mixing bowls are the best bang for your buck. 

4. Kitchen Scale
As its name suggests, a kitchen scale is used to weigh food. To begin with, many recipes require you to
weigh certain ingredients. In addition, professional chefs suggest that weighing ingredients before cooking
them is among the best ways to make dishes. 

5. Bread Knife
Used to slice or to divide breads and pastries

Knife used during meal

7. Stock Pot
It is a cylindrical deep heavy-bottomed, straight- sided pot for preparing, cooking, and storing stocks, soups
and stew.

8. Saucepan
It is a medium deep pot with a flat bottom commonly used to make sauces and gravies .

9. Casserole
It’s an oval four sided or round dish or pan made of stainless, steel, ceramic, or glass where food may be
cooked and served.

10. Roasting Pan


It is a large rectangular pan, often with a lid and a meat rack. It’s used to roast a meat and fish.

11. Baking sheet


Is a rectangular shape shallow metal pan used to bake bread and pastries

12. Stove
Rely on the application of 09direct heat for the cooking process.

13. Turbo broiler


Used for broiling and roasting
