SPARSH HANDBOOK/ OUTLINE GUIDE : AN INITIATIVE BY

What is SPARSH :-
System for Pension Administration (RAKSHA) (SPARSH) is being implemented for meeting the pension sanction
and disbursement requirements for Armed Forces viz. Army, Navy, Air Force and Defence Civilians. This Pensioner
Portal provides a single window for the pensioners to avail the pension related services such as facility to view the
pension details, pension entitlements, pensioner profile details, Income Tax forms etc.

Guide to use SPARSH System (A comprehensive guide which lays out the concept of SPARSH
System).

Note :-
1. If mobile number & email ID not registered with pension
data held at PCDA (P) Allahabad, pensioner will not get

बारे में जानकारी नहीं लमलेगी। प्रवासन के बारे में जानने के ललए,

2. After receipt of the above message, a pensioner has

to login into SPARSH. Change initial password and
again wait for minimum one week to appear his SPARSH Website Click on -

उपरोक्त सं देश प्राप्त होने के बाद, एक पेंशनभोगी को स्पशड में
लॉग इन करना होगा। प्रारं लभक पासवडड बदलें और स्पशड
लॉलगन में अपना प्रोफाइल डे टा प्रदलशडत करने के ललए लिर से
न्यूनतम एक सप्ताह प्रतीक्षा करें । यह समय कम या ज्यादा भी

4. As and when the Pension Data get available in

SPARSH Profile, the next step to be followed by
pensioner is ‘Pension Data Verification (PDV)’.
जैसे ही स्पशड प्रोिाइल में पेंशन डे टा उपलब्ध होगा, पेंशनभोगी
को अगला कदम उठाना होगा।
Third After completion of Second Step & available of Pension  Complete Pension Data
Step Data in SPARSH Profile, the pensioners have to Verification (PDV) Live Demo -
complete his Pension Data Verification (PDV) within https://www.youtube.com/watch?v
(PDV) 10/15 days (no specific authority available for migrated =1NDFAkG62BA
pensioners). Otherwise the PDV will be completed
automatically by SPARSH.
दू सरा चरण पूरा होने और स्पशड प्रोिाइल में पेंशन डे टा उपलब्ध होने के
बाद, पेंशनभोलगयों को 10/15 लदनों के भीतर अपना पेंशन डे टा सत्यापन
(पीडीवी) पूरा करना होगा (कोई लवलशष्ट प्रालधकरण उपलब्ध नहीं है)।
अन्यथा स्पशड द्वारा पीडीवी स्वतः पूणड हो जाएगी।
Note :

5. What details will be available in PDV? ▪ Following

are available to pensioner for verification :-
पीडीवी में क्या लववरण उपलब्ध होगा? पेंशनभोगी को सत्यापन के ललए
लनम्नललच्छखत उपलब्ध हैं :-

 Personal Details − Personal details of the service

pensioner like: Name, Mobile Number, Address,
Aadhaar Number, PAN, and Marital Status.
व्यच्छक्तगत लववरण - सेवा पेंशनभोगी के व्यच्छक्तगत लववरण जैसे: नाम,
मोबाइल नं बर, पता, आधार संख्या, पैन, वैवालहक च्छस्थलत।

 Service Details − Service details like: Rank,

Regimental Number, Non-Qualifying Service, Net-
Qualifying Service, Shape-1 (Yes/ No), Commutation
Recommended.
सेवा लववरण - सेवा लववरण जैसे: रैं क, रे लजमें टल नं बर, गैर-योग्यता
सेवा, ने ट-योग्यता सेवा, SHAPE-1-Yes/No, कम्यूटेशन अनु शंलसत।

 Family Details − Family details like : Spouse

Details (Name, Aadhar Number, PAN), Dependent
Details (Name, Relationship, Aadhar Number, PAN)
which include son, daughter, father, mother, brother
and sister.
पाररवाररक लववरण - पररवार का लववरण जैसे: जीवनसाथी का लववरण
(नाम, आधार संख्या, पैन), आलित लववरण (नाम, संबंध, आधार संख्या,
पैन) लजसमें बेटा, बेटी, लपता, माता, भाई और बहन शालमल हैं ।

 Bank Details − Bank account details for pension

payment like Account Number, IFSC Code.
बैंक लववरण - पेंशन भुगतान के ललए बैंक खाता लववरण जैसे खाता
संख्या, IFSC कोड।
 Other Details − Applicable for JCO/ORs only and
provides details of Previous PPO Number (If any).
अन्य लववरण - केवल जेसीओ/ओआरएस के ललए लागू और लपछले
पीपीओ नं बर (यलद कोई हो) का लववरण प्रदान करता है ।

 Medical Details − Medical/Disability details like

Medical Board Date, Loading in Age, Disability
Details, Ex-Gratia Details, CAA Details in case when
service personnel is not in SHAPE 1 category of
fitness.
लचलकत्सा लववरण - लचलकत्सा/लवकलां गता लववरण जैसे मे लडकल बोडड
लतलथ, आयु में लोलडं ग, लवकलांगता लववरण, अनु ग्रह लववरण, सीएए
लववरण जब सेवा कमी SHAPE 1 िेणी की लिटने स में नहीं है ।

Pay Details − Pay details like Level in Pay Matrix,

Pay in Pay Matrix, Group Pay, MS Pay, NPA.
पे लववरण - पे मै लटि क्स में ले वल, पे मै लटि क्स में पे, ग्रुप पे , एमएस पे,
एनपीए जैसे लववरण का भुगतान करें ।
 Commutation Details − To be provided by
pensioner (Not mandatory).
कम्यूटेशन लववरण - पेंशनभोगी द्वारा प्रदान लकया जाना (अलनवायड
नहीं)।

Nominee Details − To be provided by pensioner

(Not mandatory).
नामांलकत व्यच्छक्त का लववरण - पेंशनभोगी द्वारा प्रदान लकया जाना

6. What are the types of changes that the pensioner can

Step 3.1.1: Verify all the data in the claim form.

conditions”. Provide relevant consents/undertakings
before completion of PDV.

upload the supporting documents. Click on “I agree
to terms and conditions” and provide relevant
consents/undertakings before completion of PDV.
Step 3.2.4: Download the PDF copy of the data
verified in PDV along with the consents/undertakings
provided.

शुरू हो रही है) ग्रेच्युटी, पेंशन और मालसक पेंशन के कम्यूटेड मूल्य आलद को
जारी करने के ललए आवश्यक नहीं है , जहां भुगतान स्पशड के माध्यम से लकया
जाना है (प्रालधकरण: एमओडी पत्र संख्या 3(1)/2015/D (Pen/Policy)
लदनांक 09.04.2021)।

2. Pensioners who have migrated from CPDA/

CPPC/ Bank to SPARSH. After migration, pensioner
has to again submit Life certificate with SPARSH
