INFRASTRUCTURE

1. PURPOSE:

To ensure that all office facilities, equipment, vehicles and IT infrastructure are maintained in
good condition at all times.

2. SCOPE:
This procedure starts with preparation of preventive maintenance plan and ends with
updating of records.
“This procedure does not include preventive maintenance for the whole MWSS Engineering
building and its major facilities, such as; centralized air-condition system, water/sewer
plumbing facilities, Fire sprinklers, power supply, telephone entrance box, etc.”
