1. How did you apply this week’s topic to your laboratory output?
when our prof said that its our freedom to choose the dish we want to cook.
2. What new cooking technique/s or skill/s did you learn from this laboratory session?
Skill that should know everyone, like time management when we cook, we should be more careful because, the
dish you cook is might be overcook.
3. In what area/s of the laboratory exercise did you feel most challenged? Did you overcome this? If yes,
how? If not, what will your group do differently to overcome this next time?
I challenge at my kitchen because, my family always look at me when I doing laboratory. But, when I shouted at
everyone they all disappear that is what I think that challenged me most.
4. How was your overall experience during the laboratory exercise, and how do you intend to share what
you learned this week?
I also share this dish to my classmate that want it, and for my family that always irritated me.
