I. PRAYER
Hon. Genis Jr. M. Cabalan led a prayer before the meeting commenced.

II. ROLL CALL

SK Secretary Mr. Weljun Gallardo conducted the roll call. The above-stated persons were
present.

III. CALL TO ORDER

Hon. Stephanie Joy M. Caberio called to order the meeting of the Sangguniang Kabataan
of Barangay Magdagooc at 1:00 PM on January 13, 2021 (Wednesday)) at the
Magdagooc Barangay Hall.

IV. READING AND APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FROM THE LAST MEETING
The reading and approval of the minutes was skipped due to the meeting conducted at
the time being the first regular SK meeting.

NONE

B. PREDETERMINED BUSINESS/AGENDA
VI. AGENDA

1. PLANNING OF THE UPCOMING ACTIVITIES TO BE IMPLEMENTED FOR THE

CALENDAR YEAR 2020.

2. PARTICIPATION / SUPPORT OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN COUNCIL TO THE

ACTIVITIES OF BARANGAY COUNCIL.

VII. DISCUSSION

It is suggested by SK Edilberto Labarete that the proposed activities indicated in the

Annual Budget Youth Investment Plan (ABYIP) must be implemented this year to avoid
critics to the sangguniang kabataan council and to encourage the youth to boost their
confidence in participating to different activities.

It is seconded by all members present that all proposed activities should be

implemented this year.

SK Chairperson Hon. Stephanie Joy M. Caberio requests the SK Council to participate

in the monthly coastal cleanup drive of the Barangay Council of Barangay Magdagooc.

It is also agreed by all members present.

Other Matters;

The next meeting will be on February 11, 2021 (Thursday).

VIII. ADJOURNMENT
There being no other matter to be discussed, the SK Chairperson adjourned the meeting
at 4:00 o’clock in the afternoon.
