Dear Sir/Madam,

Kindly refer to your application for the above mentioned post and the online computer based test
held on 16/01/2021. We are pleased to inform that you have been shortlisted for personal interview.
You are hereby requested to be present for Online Interview as per the below mentioned schedule:

You are being provisionally permitted for attending the online interview and this call letter is issued
based on your declaration while submitting the online application that you meet the eligibility
criteria prescribed in the notification.

1. Your willingness for attending the interview as scheduled shall be informed through your
registered e-mail to recruit@moil.nic.in.
2. You are required to give a non-disclosure undertaking for attending personal interview through
video conferencing mode. A format for the same may be downloaded from our website.
3. You will be required to submit self-attested scanned documents in PDF format only
along with copy of your latest photograph in .jpg or.jpeg format on or before 10th June,
2021 to e-mail id: recruit@moil.nic.in for verification.
4. If you do not submit your willingness to attend the interview as above and don’t submit
the documents specified by the prescribed date, it will be deemed that you are not
interested in participating in the selection process, and you will not be interviewed.
5. It may be please noted that no request for change of date & time of interview will be
entertained in any circumstance.
6. Mere appearing for the interview does not confer any right on the applicant for claiming
selection.

Before appearing for the Online Interview, you may ensure that you fulfil the eligibility criteria as
stipulated in the notification. In case you fail to produce the original certificates, as and when called
for or it is found later that you do not meet the eligibility criteria pertaining to age, qualification,
caste, community, EWS, PWD etc., you will be disqualified and will not be considered for selection.
You shall submit the following documents, as applicable, through e-mail to recruit@moil.nic.in on
or before 10th June, 2021. All self-attested scanned documents submitted shall be in PDF format
only.

1. Date of Birth Certificate

2. Educational Qualification certificates (SSC, 10+2, Certificates/Provisional certificate/Degree/
PG degree/Diploma and mark sheets of all semesters /years as applicable).
3. Wherever applicable, caste certificate of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/ Other Backward
Class (non- creamy layer) issued by the Competent Authority in the format prescribed by GOI
(Copy of formats available on MOIL website). Candidates belonging to OBC – Non Creamy
Layer are required to submit caste certificate from the Competent Authority, issued within one
year.
4. Income and Asset Certificate issued by a Competent Authority in the prescribed form available
in our website (applicable for EWS candidates).
5. Physical Disability certificate from the Competent Authority, wherever applicable.
6. Applicants working in Central/State Government/PSUs/Institute shall submit no objection
certificate from current employer.
7. Any one of valid photo ID Card (i) Passport, (ii) Driving License, (iii) Electoral Identification
card (iv) Aadhar Card.
8. You are required to give a non-disclosure undertaking for attending personal interview through
video conferencing mode. A format for the same may be downloaded from our website.
9. Scanned copy of your latest photograph in .jpg or .jpeg format.

Note: In case any of the certificates are not in Hindi, English or Marathi a self-certified translation of
the same shall also be submitted.

Online Interview Guidelines

Kindly make yourself available on the scheduled date and time and be ready with a
Laptop/Desktop/I-pad/Tablet with high speed internet connection. Please note that your
candidature will summarily be rejected if you are unavailable for the interview at the prescribed
time or do not abide by all the instructions.

1. You can use either laptop / desktop/I-Pad/Tablet with webcam and microphone for joining
the interview and you would be required to join the personal interview by clicking the link sent
by MOIL.
2. The interview link & technical details in which online interviews will be informed to you to the
registered e-mail mentioned during the online application form almost two days in advance. A
demo interview will be conducted one day prior to the actual interview for convenience of the
candidate, link for which will also be sent separately.
3. The interview link is confidential and shall not be shared with anyone. Sharing of link will result
in disqualification of your candidature.
4. You should ensure high speed broad band internet connection at your premises. You will not
be interviewed if audio and video is unavailable. In case of any technical glitch, candidate will
be given one more opportunity (another slot) to attend interview. You will not be given more
than two slots in the event of any difficulty faced by you. If you fail to utilize second opportunity
also, your case will not be considered for interview and will be treated as not
interested/present.
5. You will be required to log in for the Interview by clicking on the sent link at least 15 minutes
prior to the time slot assigned to them. However, you may be called 30 to 45 minutes before the
time slot given. Therefore, you should be available 45 minutes before the actual time slot given.
6. You will be required to show the entire room to the selection committee to ensure that no other
member is present during the interview. This will be the first step during on-line interview. The
entire interview will be recorded by the Company to ensure greater transparency.
7. The Company will not be responsible for any technical glitch at the candidate’s end during the
Interview. You must ensure an active high-speed working Internet connection, high quality
webcam and a noise cancellation microphone during the complete Interview duration.
8. In case of any major technical glitch from the Company’s end, Company will ensure that you
will be interviewed again.
9. You should ensure that camera must be turned on during the complete interview. During the
interview time, no other person should be allowed in the interview room. If any other person is
found in the interview room any time during the interview you will be disqualified.
10. You shall not record and/or transmit the images, video or sound during the personal interview
process using any device or system in any manner whatsoever, whether digital, analogue or
manual.
11. You shall not publicize in any manner whatsoever in connection with personal interview, the
contents/ provisions thereof, other information relating to the interview.
12. Your candidature will summarily be rejected if you are unavailable for the interview at the
prescribed time & date and abide by all the instructions.
13. Self-attested scanned documents will be sought from the candidates in advance.
14. Original documents will be verified at the time of pre-employment medical examination.
15. Your candidature will be disqualified in case any, malpractice is detected during the interview.
16. Canvassing in any form shall disqualify the candidate.
